CM at risk, or CMAR. This is really an environment where you are the construction manager in pre construction, and then you become the general contractor at risk to accomplish the project within the schedule and for the guaranteed maximum price. It's a fantastic contract delivery method that narrows the spare and gap and that allows for so many wonderful benefits.
